The menu is comprised of locally sourced ingredients and changes with the seasons. This “menu” is a list of possible menu items or ones we’ve featured before just to give you an idea.
Homemade loaf of sourdough bread paired with a flavored whipped butter (herb or honey).
An array of artisan cheeses and meats, local honey and Auspicious Bakery crackers.
Savory small bite of whatever abundant fruit or vegetable is available. Just enough to get you through to your soup or salad course.
A small bowl of soup or side salad will be also served when meal-appropriate.
Whole Hunter Cattle chicken, rolled in spices, slowly smoked over the course of 5 hours.
Hand-packed Hunter Cattle beef, grilled to perfection, garden fresh toppings and melted artisan cheese, piled high onto homemade sourdough hamburger buns.

Farm fresh, cheesy scrambled eggs, sourdough pancakes (or French toast) with homemade blueberry syrup & whipped cream, fresh fruit and Savannah River Farms bacon.
Grapefruit Olive Oil Cake
Fresh grapefruit zest and Georgia Grown Olive Oil for a warm, moist bite.
Peanut Butter Cookies
Georgia Grown Peanut Butter, cane syrup and fresh eggs make for a crunchy treat.
Grapefruit, Calamondin or Kumquat juice, farm-fresh eggs and butter create a tangy, zestful after-dinner palette cleanser.
These offerings are just to give you a general idea of the range of possibilities. Every meal prepared will solely depend on the seasonal offerings of our garden and of the local & regional farmers around us.
