The fruits from this ministry have been so wonderful, and we feel confident that God wants it to grow far beyond our little corner of the world (Savannah, Georgia).
FtJ has been and is such a blessing. My husband and I provide the space & food (from our homestead or sourced locally), and guests come to unapologetically talk about God, being Catholic, raising our children Catholic, etc. After our discussion, we eat and just hang out on the homestead. It’s refreshing. Often times the conversations after the discussions are more impactful than the discussion.
Don’t worry! It’s free to host your own FtJ, meaning we don’t require payment to use our brand or ideas. You will need to cover your expenses for your own event. If you don’t want to provide all of the food to cut down on expenses, make it a potluck! We’re happy to help you get started or throughout the process. However, per a lawyer who’s a guest of our FtJ, we have to require a license liability form to be filled out to protect our family. I can’t tell you how amazing it has been for our family and for our guests.
Our hope is for FtJ to bless many more lives and to be a vessel to bring many non-practicing Catholics home and practicing Catholics closer in communion with God and their communities!
